Dar Chraibi was like staying at someone's home with friendly staff, especially Fatima. The food was incredibly good, especially the lemon chicken. The location was off the main routes, saving us from noise and traffic. Fatima took us to a local hammam for an authentic experience and the strawberry-lemon-mint juice was out of this world.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with key attractions and sights within easy reach. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast every morning, providing a great start to the day. Lastly, I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who were always available to assist with any queries or concerns.
There were a couple of negative aspects of my stay. it was quite difficult to find the hotel initially, as there were no clear signs or directions.

the value for money was exceptional. I couldn't believe how much I got for the price I paid. Secondly, the location was interesting, tucked away in a dodgy-looking alley that added to the charm. Although not easy to find initially, once you get the hang of it, it becomes transparent. Lastly, the staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay.
All in all, everything was fine and there were no major issues.

Wonderful Christmas experience!
We had a delightful Christmas stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing with fresh bread and delicious Moroccan coffee. The terrace had a beautiful view of the city and the location was strategic to many attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a cozy atmosphere.
That the air conditioning in the room didn’t work which was challenging especially during the hot day times. the shower pressure was low and it took a while for the hot water to start.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of the old city, just a short walk away from the central mosque and the main sights of the city. the location is close to the center and easily accessible.
The wifi signal in the rooms was weak and hardly accessible.

I recently stayed at a charming riad in a hidden alley in a bustling city. The hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices for the comfortable rooms. The staff paid great attention to detail and provided excellent service, ensuring that all my needs were met. The basic amenities were well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the rooms on the first floor with bunk beds and private bathrooms. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast served with a stunning view of the city. One of the things that stood out to me was the helpfulness of the staff, just like Fatima who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was just perfect.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Fez that I can definitely recommend. the location was excellent, although it was tucked away in a narrow alley, it was actually quite convenient as it was close to the main sights of the city. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Mohamed who made sure we had everything we needed. Lastly, the breakfast provided was excellent and we were able to enjoy it on a terrace with a beautiful view of Fez.
There was one minor issue, but everything else was fine.
